10 Dresses to Wear to Easter Gatherings for Under $50

Easter is quickly coming up on us (it’s only 17 days away now!), and it’s time to start thinking about what you’re going to wear! For a lot of us, this may be our first holiday gathering since 2020, or just in a long while. I’m personally not doing anything with my family this year, but I’ll take any excuse to wear an outfit that isn’t leggings and a sweater — I’m just so ready to feel put together again! So let’s talk about some cute (but still comfortable) options that you can wear to some of these Easter festivities, whether it be a brunch or a seated dinner with family!

Collage of various lengths and styles of dresses that would be fitting for Easter brunch or dinner.

I think it’s safe to say that a lot of us have been resorting to wearing leggings, sweat sets and other forms of comfort clothing for a long time, and though there’s nothing wrong with that, it feels nice sometimes to get dressed up. I’m definitely going to be challenging myself to wear more dresses over the coming spring & summer months… they’re equally as comfortable as wearing leggings in the cooler months, but make me feel so much more put together & like I actually put effort into my outfit — and that starts with Easter gatherings, even though it’ll just be me & my fiancé at home with our dog for Easter dinner.

If you’re lucky enough to live somewhere that you can wear a dress without piling on layers of sweaters & jackets over top, then your pickings are far more open than where I live! As I’m writing this, it was snowing less than 24 hours ago… I’m over it, to say the least. But I digress — you have the option between some longer dresses or shorter! That’s not to say that if it’s freezing where you live too that you can’t sport a dress to Easter dinner, just maybe add some stockings underneath, and pair it with a cozy sweater and some booties!

So there are 10 dresses that are available right now for purchase that you can wear to Easter brunches, dinners or even throughout the spring & summer! All of them can easily be dressed up or down, which is my favourite thing to look for in dresses — they’ve must be versatile. Let me know if you pick up any of these options and wear them to your holiday gatherings in the comments below!
