My Fave JH Collab Pieces

I am back with another Jillian Harris themed blog post for you all today, and today’s post is featuring all of my absolute favourite Jilly collaboration items. Unfortunately, none of these items are currently available, but that being said, if you follow Jilly, you know she’s started her own quarterly subscription box called The Jilly Box (there may or may not be a blog post about this box coming real, real soon…), but it did have more demand than she could fulfill, so if you love these collab items, and don’t have a Jilly Box subscription, feel free to check out her Jilly Box Boutique to shop some items that are in this quarter’s box, or you can take a look under her Collaborations section on her blog to see what you can currently purchase! So let’s get into this lengthy list of my fave Jilly collabs:

Happy Place Diffuser Blend

Collaboration with Saje Natural Wellness

This is definitely my favourite of my (really extensive) Saje diffuser blends. With this blend* being mainly citrusy notes, I love throwing this blend into my JH x Saje AromaOm Diffuser whenever I need a little boost, and I particularly love to diffuse it whenever I’ve just cleaned. It really adds to the freshness of the room without smelling like a bunch of cleaner chemicals (tip: make the switch to natural cleaners, and you’ll quickly realize how disgusting & chemically most cleaners are!) Once again, this is a product that Jillian partnered with a Canadian company on, which I absolutely love!

* Though this diffuser blend isn’t available, some similar blends you can shop all the time are Citrus Dream & Liquid Sunshine.

Small Heart Mug

Collaboration with Looks Like White + Etsy Holiday Collection

It’s truly safe to say that this mug is my favourite in my collection, and believe me, I have a lot of mugs… like, more than I’d like to admit. I don’t even think I could count them, if I’m being honest. But anyways, this mug is actually the perfect size for me, and that’s part of the reasons I love it so much. It’s 8oz, which may be a little on the small side for some, but I don’t love a ton of coffee in the morning, so this is perfect, especially for weekends. Another great thing about this mug is that it is hand made in Canada by a little shop called Lookslikewhite! If you’ve read my blog before, you know how much I love supporting small Canadian businesses, so this mug was obviously right up my alley.

Colourful Scrunchies

Collaboration with Allette & Co. + Etsy Summer Collection

Another one of my favourite Jillian Harris collabs has to include the Allette & Co. scrunchies from the JH x Etsy Summer Collection! I was lucky enough to get my hands on the leopard print & mustard yellow scrunchies, and I can safely say these are two scrunchies that often find myself reaching for, especially the leopard print, no matter what time of the year. Also, Allison, the shop owner, is the sweetest girl ever, and her scrunchies are super affordable! If you love scrunchies, I definitely recommend checking out her shop.

Pink Jilly Jacket

Collaboration with Joe Fresh

I think this may be the item on the list (other than the scrunchies) that gets the most use on a daily basis. Initially, when this jacket launched I told myself “you don’t need it, you don’t have to buy it”, and well… clearly that worked out, huh? I happened to walk into a Loblaws that had a big Joe Fresh section, and I happened to look over and there it was, and only two were left in my size. I took it as a sign, and the rest is history, as they say. But in all seriousness, I’ve been wearing this jacket almost everyday since the beginning of October and it’s been excellent at keeping me nice and warm throughout the milder winter days!

Fraiche Kitchen Collection

Collaboration with The Cross Decor & Design

As much as I love everything on this list, I think my overall, favourite collection was Jillian & her cousin Tori’s collaboration with The Cross Decor & Design for their Fraiche Kitchen collection. I actually quite enjoy cooking when I’m feeling inspired, and this collection really did inspire me a lot. Above are some of my favourite items which I obviously purchased, haha. Everything except for the placemats are still available for purchase too, so if anyone is interested in these items, run, don’t walk! Some of my favourite items that you can still get include: Sweetheart Wooden Spoon (pictured above), Full Heart Tea Towels (Set of 3) (pictured above), Fraiche Kitchen Candle (pictured above), Spotless Dish Brush (pictured above), Sparkle Wick Trimmer, Fraiche Stripe Apron & Apple Pie Oven Mitt (Sold Individually). Best part about this collection is The Cross is a Canadian company based out of Vancouver!

Adorned Charm & Necklace Collection

Collaboration with Melanie Auld

IMG_6271.jpeg

To finish off this list, another item that I wear pretty much as often as I wear the Jilly Jacket, my JH x Melanie Auld Adorned Necklace. I purchased this necklace about a year and a half to maybe almost two years ago from the Melanie Auld site after eyeing it up for a while, and I’m so glad I did. Now, I do have the older version of this necklace that is just 14K gold plated, so it has tarnished a little bit after almost daily wear, but since they’ve since updated it, and are now offering it in Gold Vermeil, Sterling Silver & Fine Gold, I’m thinking I may need to update it for the newer edition in Gold Vermeil so that it can be replated if need be. Another awesome thing about this necklace? It’s another Canadian business!

There really and truly is probably another 5 or 6 things I can think of off the top of my head that I also love from Jillian’s collaborations, so let me know if you want to see another post featuring some of her other collabs! My personal favourite thing about this list is that every single item on this list is made in partnership with a Canadian company. Yes, that’s right, every single one of these businesses are Canadian! For a little recap, that includes Saje, Lookslikewhite (Etsy), Allette & Co. (Etsy), Joe Fresh, The Cross Decor & Design and Melanie Auld. I hope everyone enjoyed this blog post and I’ll see you again next week! Xo.
