Must Have Accessories for Your iPhone

Well, I’ve talked about it for long enough and now I’m finally going for it — my first blog post on the topic of tech! To start things off, I figured I’d focus on something that a lot of people reading this blog probably have, and might even be reading this very blog from — an iPhone! I’m a huge Apple junkie, and it only seemed fitting to start with an iPhone* related tech blog. So, let’s jump into talking about all of my favourite iPhone accessories!

01. AirPods Pro

After upgrading from the original AirPods to the AirPods Pro, I think these are 100% worth the investment and upgrade. They’re small & easy to carry around (especially if you get a case with a keychain attachment), wireless and have noise cancelling that can easily be turned off to allow you to hear what’s going on around you.

02. Apple Watch

If you aren’t already on the Apple Watch train, it’s one you should definitely jump on, especially if you like working out. Some of the best features include getting text messages & emails right on your wrist, tracking your workouts & steps, and of course, Apple Pay! Much like many tech products, I do recommend going with the newest, or the previous years models to get the most longevity out of it.

03. Charging Station

If you have an iPhone, AirPods (with a wireless charging case) and an Apple Watch, having one charging station to keep all of your items on is hugely convenient. Most of these items are things that a lot of Apple users will use daily, so having them charge all in one place so you don’t forget them is another great perk to investing in a charging station!

04. MagSafe Battery Pack

Unless you’re lucky to be on the iPhone 13 Pro Max battery life, and you’re a heavy phone user (much like me), investing in the Magsafe Battery Pack is almost a must have! The best feature of this is that because it’s MagSafe, you can use it as a wireless charger (connected with a lightning cable to charge the battery pack), or if you’re out and your battery is fully charged, you can easily remove it and throw it in your bag when you’re done with it.

05. MagSafe Charger

One of my favourite things about the iPhone 12 and 13 models is the Magsafe feature that ensures that your wireless charger connects perfectly to the middle of your phone which will help with the overall life of your phone battery (if you don’t get your wireless charger right on the middle, it can ruin your battery over time!).

06. MagSafe iPhone Case

If you’re looking for a phone case that works with your MagSafe charger, you’ll need to purchase a case that is MagSafe compatible. There are tons of options out there, but if you’re looking for one without the circle magnet showing, Apple has silicone (or leather) cases that are MagSafe compatible and don’t show the magnet!

07. Wireless Car Mount Charger

Last, but certainly not least, if you’re a heavy phone user, and often find yourself needing to charge your phone in the car, investing in a wireless car mount charger so you can easily throw your phone into the charger while you’re driving is almost a must. Since you can put it on your vent, you can also charge while using the Maps app to give you directions!
