Seasonal Activities To Do Together

It has been a long 639 days since that March 11, 2020 when the pandemic was declared. We’ve pretty much spent every holiday apart, missed our loved ones, traditions, holidays together, life changes — there’s been a lot of things that have been missed. Now that we’re heading into the holiday season, and the pandemic is unfortunately still lingering, but many of us vaccinated with boosters well on their way, we’re at least able to start seeing our loved ones and friends a bit more. So let’s talk about some activities that we can do together this winter & holiday season that are not only safe, but fun!

Holiday Baking

Whether you feel comfortable getting together in person, or if you’re more comfortable doing it virtually, baking some holiday treats together is a great way to get into the holiday spirit with friends or family, and you get something delicious out of it in the end!

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Another great activity that can be done safely is going for a walk in the snow! Is there anything more seasonally appropriate than going for a walk in a winter wonderland?! I think not.

Watch a Holiday Movie

There’s nothing I look forward to about the holiday season more than sitting on my couch, all cozied up with a cup of hot chocolate while watching a holiday movie, so why not do that with your loved ones? If you don’t live together, you can always use the Disney+ Group Watch feature, allowing you to both watch the movie at the same time, but from different locations.

Visit a Local Winter Festival

If your local areas are having winter festivals, this is another great option for activities you can do together. Not only is it safer being outside, but you can always put your mask on if you feel safest doing that (You might even have to, depending where you live!).
