Styling the One Wednesday x Jillian Harris Blanket Scarf for Fall
One of my absolute favourite items from the Fall 2021 Jilly Box was the One Wednesday blanket scarf in the most amazing neutral coloured leopard print — seriously, it’s perfect to pair with just about anything! If you missed the unboxing blog, check it out here. Of course, once I pulled the scarf out of the box, I immediately went into outfit planning mode and thought about all of the cute ways I would style the scarf with a ton of different outfits. Today, I’m sharing those internal outfit ideas with all of you!

Casual Outfit
Probably the outfit that I’ll be gravitating to the most is a casual, everyday outfit. Since I’m still living the work from home lifestyle, and quite honestly, I don’t have a formal workwear dress code in the office, a good pair of jeans and a long sleeve bodysuit are a go-to for me, for sure. Not only is the outfit super cute, but you can easily layer up with the scarf to stay warm as the day goes on, the sun sets & the temperature gets cooler. Of course, any good outfit is all about the accessories, so adding a nice wool fedora adds the perfect touch to this fall outfit.

Date Night
Date nights are always fun, but for like most things in my life, I have much more fun when any event is in the fall. There’s just something about the cozy fall fashion that makes me so happy! Not to mention, a sweater dress is far more comfortable than a sundress, at least in my opinion. Pairing a sweater dress with a cute pair of heeled mules and an envelope clutch, makes for the ultimate date night outfit in the cooler weather.
1. Ribbed Turtleneck | 2. Tote Bag | 3. One Wednesday x Jillian Harris Blanket Scarf | 4. Slide On Mules | 5. Wide-Cut Pants | 6. Gold Watch
Workwear
Though this is the outfit I’d probably wear the least (maybe even never, given my office dress code), this is definitely my favourite outfit of the bunch! There’s nothing I love more than a fitted turtleneck (especially if it’s got a pop of colour in an overall neutral look) with a pair of wide-cut pants — in my opinion, the contrast from fitted to loose is perfection. If I ever was to wear this outfit into my office, to keep it casual, I’d pair this look with some slide-on mules; also for comfort, and a simple gold watch.
So which look is your favourite?! Or is there something else you’d pair with this amazing scarf? Let me know in the comments below & I’ll see you again in October for a new blog post (hint: Thanksgiving and Halloween content is coming!!!).
